VANCE DINGFELDER, OWNER
Born and raised in New York, Vance was taught by both of his grandmothers about how to make incredible food using only the freshest ingredients. He was just a little fella standing in the kitchen with his Nonna making sausage, cooking from scratch – picking, cutting, peeling, smelling the food – and of course, tasting to make sure it was perfect. Vance knew making incredible food for people was exactly what he wanted to do.
Vance’s parents, Naomi and Norman, were restaurant owners in New York his entire life. He grew up in the foodservice business and has been at the forefront of the industry for over 30 years.
Vance takes his time to develop each custom menu with his clients, paying close attention to every detail. He has incredible resources in the Northwest to make sure all aspects of the event are in place. Whether it be the best appetizers to the latest cocktails, special linen tablecloths to the perfect glassware – not to mention the best fresh vegetables in-season – it is all ready for you and set up to perfection at your special event.
